You and me both.Find something you can focus on when you feel weak.Personally when I think I am going to slip I say a little prayer for strength.Find something that works for you.If you have to stand in the mirror 10x's a day and tell yourself you are beautiful then do it.Because YOU ARE!

Excellent ideas MICA because i do that often as well... theres nothing like a good beat to get cha up and moving....


also...

maybe you actually need help with your energy level... try b-12 vitamins , look up alternate methods to getting out of that slum, you dont always have to do exercise....to get fit... just like mica said...have fun with it.

if you need help with finding energy supplements let me know.

Do you like music, I find that if I have the radio playing, I am more able to get things done, whether exercising or working out. I have to get motivated and music does it for me. Try fun exercises like dancing, the good thing for me is that others can't actually see me dancing. Also if you like line dancing you can order line dancing CDs online they get the adrenaline up too! Hope this helps.

i havent logged in in a while. i have been in a major battle with my self esteem.... i hate to do fitness outside my home because im embarrassed about my figure and how i look in fitness clothing.... when i am in the house i just dont have the motivation to do it alone. im a bit of loner so i dont have may friends. i need a boost. and i dont know how or where to get it... someone please help me. i wanna start new, but i dont know how.
