I'm doing a lot better now! I think it just took a few weeks for my body to get used to the workouts. I am feeling better and better everyday. I'm staying up to about 12am, so I'm only getting about 8 hours now. That seems to be really good. If I get any less, I'm a evil beer! LOL Thanks for all the advice!!!

The first thing I notice is that you go to bed at 10:30pm and then get up at 8am. My first thought is way too much sleep.. I mean if you go sleep quickly and sleep til 8am you are getting over 9 hours of sleep. I would try tweeking your sleep to try less and if you find you do better with the 9 hours go back to that, but too much sleep can make you just as exhausted as getting too little sleep. This is really the only thing I can see, your eating habits as well as your vitamins and exercise are outstanding!! **kudos**!

Wow you seem to have a good diet. I usually get sleepy when I eat alot of carbs late. I wish I had the answer but I am curious to know also.

Ok, I have noticed for the last two weeks I am really really tired when I get home from work. I'll show ya what I am eating and ya'll can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

wake up at 8am and get cleaned up.
I walk 2 miles first thing, and eat breakfast when I get to work
Breakfast (10am)
1 protein
1 carb
1 fruit

Vitamins:
2 calcuim
2 positive B supplement (b12 and b6)
2 awesome multivitamins

Snack (11:30am)

Walk 4th mile (1:00pm)
Lunch
protein
carb
fruit
veggies

walk 5th mile (3:00pm)
snack
protein ~I usually eat 1/2 cup black beans as a snack.

walk 6th mile (5:00pm)
usually a carb snack like popcorn 100 calorie snack pack

Dinner (7:00pm)
1 protein
1 carb
2 veggies

Snack (8:30pm)
slim fast bar

I make dinner and my lunch for the next day at 7:00pm. After I eat, I'm ready to pass out. I don't get why I'm soooooooooo tired for. I'm going to bed at around 10:30pm at night and getting up at 8am. Any suggestion to my diet and workout? Why am I so tired? I have been feeling this for 2 weeks now! I end up making a pot of coffee, so I can finish up the things around the house. I only drink about 2 cups, but it seems like I need it to stay awake!
*Also, my job is very laid back and they allow me to walk to loose this weight. I don't know what I'm doing wrong?
