my main meal today was jacket potatoe and a large helping of prawns(shrimps) lettuce,tomato,cucumber (diced) and a coctail sauce made from low calorie mayo ,tomato sauce ,lemon juice ,pepper,and milk
im pleased with today

A cup of Mashed potatoes
A cup of stuffing (the mix brand)

I HAD A BUFFET THE LIST WAS ENDLESS (NO EXCUSES)
6 babysized cheese pastry rolls
2 duck spring rolls
1 very sml piece pizza
2 small bread rolls +marge
about 1 oz cheese
3 pieces ham
3 tablespoons tuna and mayo
7/8 crisps
3 chicken nuggets
1 teaspoon mayo sauce
1 very small piece gateaux
1 mashmallow

MORE LIKE A CONFESSION THAN A MEAL BUT THAT WAS IT
i feel dreadful this morning likt my belly is so full its putting pressure on my chest so this might remind me to eat less next time

My biggest meal is always breakfast! I had a 2 egg omelet, toast, veggie cheese, and a slim jim

New Year's Goal: This year, I want to remain a non smoker since I just quit. I also want to drop at least 50 pounds.
Exercise daily is: walking
Caloric intake: 1400-1700
