Coffee with FF Non-Dairy Creamer

Snack: 15 Almonds

I'm on Phase I of South Beach. Tomorrow is my 7th. day (Week I) and I've lost 5 lbs. so far. I've got another week on Phase I. It's not been too bad but I really miss my fruits.



You can't wait for motivation to strike; sometimes you need to dig deep into yourself and find the motivation on your own.

Two slices of 100% whole wheat bread,(the kind with the seeds in it)takes some getting used to though! With a tablespoon of "I can't believe its not Butter ( Plus, one cup of key lime yogurt! YUM!!! LET ME JUST SAY THIS: THAT 100% WHOLE THREE- GRAIN BREAD IS A DIFFERENT TASTE FOR ME. I LOVE IT TOASTED, I THINK THE SEEDS ARE STRANGE, BUT THEY SAY IT IS HEALTHY! SO, TRY SOME THREE-GRAIN WHOLE WHEAT BREAD! IT'S OKAY JUST MAKE SURE YOU PUT "SOMETHING ON IT!" emoticon

Today, I was running late for my usual breakfast. My daughters 4th birthday is today so I was trying to get her ready for school and her party! After I dropped the birthday girl off at school, I at a ham/turkey sandwich on wheat bread and a medium tomato on the side. I feel bad for saying this but, I haven't been drinking my daily 11 glasses of water. I am at this very moment sipping on a cup of coffee! I will get my second glass of water when I am done and hopefully, I will reach my water quota by the end of the night!!! emoticon emoticon

Black coffee, 1 light Activia yogurt. 1.5 cups blueberries, .5 cup blackberries, 2 tablespoons wheat germ, 2 tablespoons flax seed, 1 banana, 1/2 grapefruit. Dang that sounds like a lot... It was good though!
