I did nine!!! wowow for me!!!!

Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

10 glasses yeasturday..and boy was it hard!im working on today havent had any yet...its hard to stay away from the orange juice....hehehehehe.

How is everyone doing on the water intake? I am having a tough time. I can do 8 - 8oz glasses but can barely make the 9 let alone 10!
Hope everyone is doing better than me on this part of the challenge.

What I do is I have my 4 glasses in the morning first thing. I have a water bottle that holds 4 glasses in it. I make a pact with myself to have that drank by 9 am. I try to get most of my water drank by dinner time, that way I am not up all night having to use the bathroom. Try that. I also find when I do that I am not so hungry during the day and I eat less. HTH

try stopping an hour or so before you head to bed, make sure you go to the bathroom before you get in the bed and see how that does.

i had so much water yesturday. i couldnt get any sleep. i kept getting up and running to the bathroom.

i didnt think i had enough water. im aggrevated ....how can i consume lots of water like im suppose to if i cant get any sleep for work?



i had only 1 glass so far today

I AM FAT....THE FIRST STEP TO RECOVERY IS ...NO DENIAL
