I had to really think about what #6 meant to me in context of SparkPeople. So, I started searching around the site looking for inspiration. I was tickled pink when I found the following article and so decided that this was the perfect thing to represent our 6 days to go theme:

Here is a link to this great article that I had forgotten about until finding it (again) just now. I think these are great exercises that can deliver on what they advertise if you keep at them. Check them out if you are not already familiar with them & maybe you'll discover a new favorite workout or two. Enjoy!
