The grapes were great! Thanks again for the idea.

They're good for any time, of course; but I'm especially picturing having them this summer while sitting out on the patio....mmmmmm goood.

My husband eats popsicles every day...thinking I need to try to replace a popsicle or two with a bunch of frozen grapes for him. Will see how that goes. :-)

I popped some grapes into the freezer just now after reading your post. I've never done that before so will see if this becomes a new fav treat for me too. Thanks for the idea.

1. Thomas' light english muffin with peanut butter.
2. lo-fat cottage cheese and pineapple
3. babybel cheese and all-bran crackers
4. apples
5. frozen grapes (these are amazing!)
6. plain old peanut butter with nutella on a spoon.

Continuing the countdown to our anniversary week...

Here are 9 healthy and low calorie snack ideas that I eat often. Some of these I never would have eaten before my SP days. Y

ou don't have to list 9, but can you add some to my list?

1 - apple
2 - Laughing Cow light cheese on 1/2 serving whole grain crackers
3 - couple slices of turkey or chicken breast
4 - yogurt, low cal or regular
5 - bowl of oatmeal
6 - cup of seedless grapes
7 - 100 cal bag of microwave popcorn (have this almost every night)
8 - bowl of reduced fat/calories soup
9 - small portion of almonds
