I agree with your 10 items but I'm not going to repeat.

1. Current Status - I like that you can post a quick update without having to do a full blown blog if you just want to throw something out there.

2. Spark America Fitness Minutes - I like seeing how much time I invested in my workouts and to be able to look back at past months see how much more I have incorporated fitness into my life.

3. Blogs - I can't get through the day without looking at other peoples blogs. I randomly scan them and post if I have anything to offer.

4. Teams - I love that no matter what goal I have, there is a team out there to join that will take you in like family member and help you reach that goal.



Think highly of yourself because the world takes you at your estimate.

Hi All - Thought I'd start a new thread each day until our anniversary week. We each have our own exact anniversary date that week (mine happens to be on the 13th); but figured we might all enjoy a countdown to the first day of the beginning of our Class's Year #2.

Not sure what all we should chat about in these 10 days of countdown threads; but thought I'd start off with 10 things I like about SparkPeople. These might not even be the best 10 things...just the first 10 that come to mind as I sit here.

1 - The members - never did I dream that I would make so many online friends who are ready to support others along their journey

2 - The coaches - Wow! Need I really explain how much I appreciate all that they do for us and make available to us here on SP?

3 - The Wii Fit Challenge team - I am a little biased for sure as I lead this team; but, this group of people in particular has been very supportive and kind and funny and energetic and understanding. I love you guys!

4 - The SP Class of April 13-19, 2008 - Oh, that's all of us. :-) I am amazed at the size of our class. It is quite a testimonial to the power and draw of SP. It helps me to know that so many of you joined at same time I did and that so many are still active throughout the site (even if kinda quiet within this team itself).

5 - Nutrition Tracker - No doubt the most valuable tool I've used.

6 - SP videos and demos of exercises - They have me doing things I never thought I would.

7 - Spark Goodies - Amazing how much receiving a goodie can make me smile, especially when they arrive at just the right time. Also good to think that I might brighten up someone else's day in the same way when giving goodies.

8 - Fitness Tracker - It really helps keep me honest and motivated to burn up the calories...especially since they kindly added the Wii Fit items.

9 - Exercise challenges - There is nothing like a good challenge to encourage me to exercise more and more and more.... well, sometimes I love them and sometimes I may curse them. hehehe

10 - The new Friend Feed - It is helping to draw my attention to friends who may need encouragement or a reward, so it's a good thing.
