Veggies all the way. They are low in calories, high in vitamins and most of them have no fat. Make sure you drink plenty of water and completely chew all of your food. It takes longer to eat that way and I'm always more satisfied if I eat slowly.

Also, beans . . .not the green ones. Make some chili or soup to have on hand. You can make a big batch and freeze it so it's always around. You can find some good recipes at SP Recipes.

Switch to high fiber and whole grains - white carbs and sugar are empty calories and make you hungrier, regardless of their calorie content.
Eat lots of veggies, raw and cooked - they fill you up for very little calories. emoticon

I know you've heard this before, and I hate hearing it myself. Drink more water. Also eat more foods that contain mostly water, soups, fruit etc. By incorporating this into your diet, you can eat more and loose weight. I tried volumetrics in the past and it worked for me.

Good luck

The longer it takes it to come off the longer it will stay off!

The longer you keep it off the harder it is to put it back on!
