welp...i went...and made it through the whole 60 mins class :)

i wish i could have sat in the hottub...but not enough time on my lunch...and its out of order right now :(

Hey Sabrina... I hope you went to the gym... What I usually do when I'm on the verge of skipping is think about how good I'll feel once I've done it... then instead of spending the rest of the day feeling guilty about skipping I know that I will feel great about pushing myself. My gym also has a jacuzzi so if I need more of a boost I use that as an incentive to go. :)

thanks :) i have decided to at least get to the Y and just do some cardio if im not up for the class...

i just hate allergy season...and St. Louis is one of the worst places for allergies :( im pretty miserable for a few weeks...cant hardly wear my contacts (and i hate wearing my glasses) and im just blech

anyways..thanks for the motivation :) i will get there and do something...

Hi- I am not sure what I can say to help motivate you, other to say just take small steps. Get yourself to the gym, walk around the track, etc. It can be daunting sometimes to look at the whole workout and the time and effort it takes. Just take one step at a time.

Also I would revisit your goals and why you are doing the program. That may be enough to get you going.
