I hear ya, LAURAKOHORST. If I have a craving for anything, it is almost always for bad carbs. I do think that the proteins are much more filling & so really have worked to keep more protein in my diet than I ever used to do. That doesn't mean it's easy of course.

Good luck! Making even small good food decisions each day can really add up.

Not so great. I still get very hungry and the only thing that seems to fill me is the carbs. I've tried eating protein and vegetable or fruit but still having problems.

It is well with my soul.

okay guys... looks like i've got the hang of it. Just wondering is anyone else cutting down on carbs.. and if so how are you doing
