Carol!~! Wow wish I was you!~! You have what sounds like a most excellent week........it is mid week..How you doing??
RHIANNON- We usually get below zero often and have lake effect snow up to a foot or more. I hope you are working out with those videos! Did you make any interesting dishes this week?

As for me: I work three 12 hour shifts, have 2 meetings on my "off" days. I have been really good at planning for my week in advance. I gave my husband a detailed grocery list. I am so glad that this week is almost 1/2 over. We worked out at the gym for one hour yesterday and my legs feel like jello, but it will be worth it when I can finally say I am use to it..LOL

An ice cream social Carol! That sounds so much fun!
I wish I knew people who did that kind of thing.

We are having unusually bad weather in Ireland.
It is maybe 15-20 degrees colder than normal.
We just dont know how to deal with it.
So I doubt I will get out of the house next week.
Because of the ice.

So I hope to get some DVD aerobics in and keep on target with my tracker.

At the weekend I'm head away. So I think I might plan to cook in with my friends.
This is where I go wrong with my diet intentions. Socializing.

What about you Mamacrafty?

According to the calendar, I have an extremely busy week planned. So this is a perfect time for me to sketch in some plans that will help me keep on track. Tomorrow is an Ice Cream Social, but I can get sugar free ice cream and syrup, and Thursday is a Pot Luck dinner, so I will make something I can eat and sometimes I just take my own food. Our son flies in on Saturday and he has plans for cooking some special meals. So this next week will be a real challenge.
I will try very hard to stay on track and within my calorie range.
PS We also have a pot luck brunch to attend on Saturday! Yikes! WHAT a challenging week!!!
