I bought the biggest loser scale a year ago. I tend to weigh daily. It keeps me more motivated. When the # go up, I know I need to be more careful.

I jump one periodically. Average about 3 times a week. It's in my closet so when I get out of the shower and getting dressed I see it and randomly weigh. I probably SHOULD do it once a week, but I don't get drepressed if the weight isn't off or even up a lb, I just move on with more motivation.

I am very inconsistent. When I was losing, I often weighed daily. But when maintaining, maybe weekly or twice a week. Now that I have contended with broken bone in foot and wearing cast, I couldn't weigh for almost three months. Soon will be back to normal!

How often do you weigh?? Is it daily? Weekly?? or do you push the scale under the bed where it is "out of sight, out of mind??"
