I need to pay more attention to how many calories I eat when I don't have time to track during the day. But I agree. I try to track everything during the day to see how many cals I have left.

emoticon It is so easy to forget some of the things you ate - even at the last meal! I try to track after lunch so I have a good idea of what to eat for dinner to balance carbs, fat and protein. It is really working for me. emoticon

I use it to keep track of my fruits and veggies and my water and thats it I dont follow the meal plan

i use it daily. If I'm gone for the weekend I try to go back and figure out what I ate that day. i should journal it when I'm not around a computer. I'll put that on my to do list next time I'm gone for the weekend.

I use it faithfully during the week since I'm online all day anyway. On the weekends I'm not quite as diligent because I'm not on the computer that much.

I use it every day. It's nice to have IT watch the calories for me, and I also get to see how I'm doing on nutrients, fiber, protein, etc.

I do! I first and foremost track WeightWatchers Points, but track here too unless life gets really busy (which it has lately, LOL).
