Thanks to everyone for doing this challenge! I know I blew my personal exercise goal out of the water last month - even after a week on holiday?

Wow, maybe we should do 1,800,000 for June since we really kicked bootie this month. With Summer weather I really have been maxing out my activities. I should revamp my yearly goal. emoticon

Hey everyone!!! I'm back from my holiday (it was fabulous!). Wow! We're already a quarter of the way to 1,000,000 minutes. How cool is that!

My schedule is all wonky this week, but I'm vowing to get in my cardio minutes. I'm going to talk to my friend about going for a walk on the weekend, so I can add those minutes too.

i've been adding an extra 30 minutes every day to my workout and i'm going to exercise both days this weekend, woo hoo! by the end of today i'll have logged 500 minutes for may :)

I just added my 3rd day of gym dedicated cardio training and tonight was the 2nd week. So far so good! I even reached a new goal on the elliptical so that was good news. Next I am going to push for 40 minutes of cardio each night at the gym. Great work everyone!

I just read the challenge now. For the month of May, I have done 298 minutes. I usually try to do at least 30 minutes per day but have been doing a lot of walking. I try to walk 3.5 - 4 miles every other day and that usually takes an hour or so.

Today was my weight training day, so I only did 30 minutes of cardio. Tomorrow is my cardio day. Normally I do 40 minutes, but I'm shooting for 45 or 50!

Hello, SP Team: I was looking over our team stats, and we're pretty rockin'! We've got 1.5 days left in the month, and our exercise minutes are at 927,000. WICKED!

We have just over 17,000 members in our SP class. If everyone adds 1 more hour of exercise this month, we'll be at 1,000,000+ minutes. How cool would that be?

BUT! Not only do I think we should beat 1,000,000 minutes, I think we should blow it out of the water!!! SO! I'm challenging everyone in the SP Class of April 6-12 to add 2 more hours of cardio to their month. That's 30 minutes a week! Let's kick it up, folks!
