Eat your meal with chopsticks... Ever tried shovelling food in your mouth using two sticks? Nearly impossible...

For all my Asian friends who grew up eating with chopsticks - no picking up your dishes to eat!!! There will be no shovelling!

Good luck!

You CAN do it!

I've started marching in place while doing dishes, laundry, even some computer work. I get an extra 1000-2000 steps in a day with this!

I agree that fat free doesn't taste the best but I add fruit to it and it's not so bad. I also went to low fat before going to fat free a gradual change worked best for me.

Cottage cheese is a great source of protein and it tastes alright. The fat free kind is nasty so the fat needs to stay. Also, walk anywhere. Park further away from where you are heading ie. walmart.

Get a workout buddy. That way on the days you don't want to do it...they'll be there pushing you to do it with them!

Don't snack after dinner. If you have to make it a very very healthy one.

Have a wonderful day,

When you have to go up stairs or downstairs at home, go up and down 2 times.

I started doing that :) anything I can do to move more. Thats seems to help since I am a stay at home mom.

Use a smaller plate so you're more aware of (or visually fooled by!) portion size.

Post a short, simple, easy idea that we can do to improve your fitness, eat better, or just motivate us! Here's something I'm now doing:

* Park the car in the farthest parking spot.

What simple things do YOU suggest?
