Welcome to the team! I've lost over 80 lbs. --- it is possible. You have to want to do it for YOU. Try writing down 10 reasons why you want to lose the weight. Type up that list, make some copies, and tape them places like the fridge, over your desk, on the bathroom mirror... where you'll see them often. Realize that you need not a "quick fix" or temporary diet, but a lifestyle change for a lifetime. Once you adopt that mindset and REALLY want it, it's easier to stick with it. Take baby steps, and keep coming back to SparkPeople and your team. We're all in it together.

Hi I just joined today. I am a bit overwhelmed I have 80 pounds to lose. I have tried many programs but always gain it back. Lately I can't stay on track for more than a couple days. I really need help. Hoping to find it.
