You can also list the different moves/poses under strength but you will have to enter it under "enter new exercise" then save it to your favorites for later use.

Great! Thanks! I was just looking under strength training since Pilates is def not a cardio exercise lol

hi, pilates should be in there already. Just follow the directions i gave below but instead type "pilates" in the search menu :)

Hi Carol Ann :)

To record your curves visit go to
*"my fitness" main page
*scroll down and click on "add cardio"
*a popup will appear, type in "Curves" in the search menu and hit "Search", then "curves circuit training" will show up, click on it then type in the length of time beside "how long?"
*don't forget to checkmark the box beside "add this exercise to my favorites"
*click on "add exercise" then it will show up on your main fitness page :)

Then the next time you need to add in your exercise, just go back to the add cardio popup menu and click on "favorites" and it should be in there ready for you.

I figured out the nutrition logging but I can't figure out how to record my Curves visit.
