If you've got exercise down (CONGRATS), how about food, water, and sleep? Those 3 are the other three-quarters of the equation!

I also find Sparking and being part of a challenge team super helpful. I like the 4-week challenges on The 100+ Club A LOT! One just started today and if you ask to join in, you'll be assigned to a team! GOOD LUCK!

Let us know how it goes! Stay with us! YOU CAN DO IT!

Being active on the boards and using the support systems in place there really helps

I'm so sorry that you're struggling so much. Do you track your food regularly? And then check out your nutritional percentages? I find it really helps when I do that regularly. And be active on the boards.

I am really fighting the urge to quit. I have been trying to be successful at being healthier and losing weight, but despite all of my efforts, I am back to the weight I started from - never having lost more than 7 or 8 pounds at any one time. I have done more exercise on a regular basis than at any time in my life - almost 3 years now, so I don't get why this isn't working for me. I would try to continue if I knew what I should change, but I am really at a loss right now.
