Hi There,

I'm in the fifth week of stage 2 and boy have I slowed down on the weight lost but I can see my body
cells are relocating. It's truly a miracle how our bodies function. It's amazing. I'm enjoying the journey to a new me.

I'm in stage two as well. I had surgery on the 19th of February so that set me back. Also, the only exercise I can do for another 3 weeks is walking. I may stay in Stage 2 for awhile. I just went to Stage 2 on the 10th.

I am now in stage two but I moved on just a couple of days ago. You should stay in stage one until you feel "ready" - that's what I did!

Well, having been on sparkpeople for a while I'm actually in Stage 3. The emails come less frequently as you work the program. Just move on when you're ready. It took me almost a year before I felt like I could leave stage 1.

Since I haven't been that consistent yet with SP (but when I'm on it I'm going 150%!) I'm still in Stage One. I'm slowly making my way and I hope to be on Stage 2 next week. I've received the email about stepping it up to stage 2, but I really like that they let you pace it however you want.

Getting fine in '09!

into the third week of stage 2, I lost 6 pounds in the 2 weeks of fast break and 3.5 pounds so far in the 2 weeks I've been on stage 2

I wasn't on FastBreak for long. I had already changed my way of eating before I came on here. This just made it a lot better. I've been thinking of changing to Stage 3, but I might wait until next week. I'm on here all the time and have really been focused on my weight. I figure I have nothing else to do right now, I might as well go crazy in a good way LOL!

Hi Kristap1030,

After two weeks of Fast Break, there is 8 or 10 weeks of Stage 2, which is where I am. I'm thinking that most of us are "here" unless you want to fast forward.

It's going to take me some time to use the recipes and buy the foods for the SP menu's I'm trying to use. After all, this is a Lifestyle change. I'm loving it! It really feels good to "feel good" and
"look good" too.

Hope you get well soon! Bonny Bev. emoticon

I've been sick and not on for a lil while and I got an email for me to change my stage. Has everyone changed stages? Are we all in the same place? Where is everyone at? Just curious
