Hi Lisa,

Don't be so hard on yourself. You need to mend whatever you hurt before, so that you don't hurt yourself worse. As long as you're moving instead of sitting on the couch in front of the tv you should be fine. Even if you do 10 min. at a time. That is what I do, and I do it a few times a day, it adds up and its not too hard on your body. Good luck, and let me know how things are going today, any better?

Food hasn't been an issue in a cpl wks. WOW!!! Did I just write that!!!!Well, just that makes me feel better!! My problem has been exercising...for awhile now!! I have some neck/back issues & I'm just so worried I'll hurt myself...I did a cpl wks ago & now well...

You are so sweet..Thank You!! I, too have noticed some cool changes...my skin looks & feels smoother....I have INDENTATIONS where I can feel muscle under the skin on my belly!!! Spring is here...UNfortunately the reason it is green here all yr is becuz all the rain...AND it's raining that dreary kind of rain today....Maybe I still need to be sitting in front of my HappyLamp in the morn for awhile...Thanks again, Deloris, you made me smile!!!

Hi,

Hey don't be too hard on your self. You are doing a great job. Just think of everything you've accomplished with SP. You've helped me out a lot already.

You are going to be fine. I know it.

Hey, I was trying to exercise every other day for 1 hour at a time and that wasn't working for me. Last night I did only 35 min and then this morning what I didn't accomplish last night, I finished it today at only 20 minutes. I felt good about that. Already, I've decided to change a few exercises out for others I remembered from high school. I felt good about that.

Here's something else that made me smile this week. My co-worker looked at me and said I suppose you're eating healthy again today. I smiled (almost giggled) and said YEAP! Look at what you've learned with nutrition and fitness.

I find my skin feels so much softer and my complexion isn't all gritty or greasy feeling.

Spring is here, remember those (red bellies) as you call them, hey going outside in the sunshine is a start and even walking up or down your street is a step in the right direction. I'm excited for good weather, so I can start walking in the evening hours again. I don't like to run, but I do enjoy walking.

Take your car out around where you'd like to walk and measure the mileage from start to finish. This way you'll know how far you walk each day or every other day. Change directions and measure that out too.

You can have alot of fun smelling the fresh air, watching your red bellies fly around, grass turning plus green, buds on the trees, flowers pushing up out of the ground.

O.K., are you feeling excited? Awesome!

When you come back from your walk, think about having a refreshing flavorful Crystal Light or an iced tea, hmmm!

Have a good evening, hope I've brought you some cheer and motivation.

P.S. Gatorade helps sore muscles, too.
