I've found it helps to switch shoes and not wear the same ones each time I do it.

This happens to me, too, and I researched it a little with Google. It is due to constant pressure on your feet when using the elliptical. Try picking up your feet more and switching pressure to your heels when you can.

Both my feet do this too, I was wondering if I was wearing the wrong runners or something.. maybe I'll try leaning back on my heels more.

My feet do that, too! But it's both of them. I just shift my feet around & try to pick them up while I'm on the machine a little more & it seems to help.

I have been wearing a knee brace but, I also have been making sure im leaning back on my heels more, rather than keeping my foot flat. Not sure if the brace had anything to do with it or not. I just know i was able to go 30 minutes without it doing it at all!!

I don't have any advice for you but was wondering if you tried the knee brace and how it worked for you

While using the elliptical @ the gym, my left foot starts feeling numb after approximately 15 minutes. It doesn't do that on the treadmill or anything else? Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions would be great!! Thanks ahead of time. emoticon emoticon
