Thats the reason why i wanted to be a chemist. I would love to come up with something that burned fat! I might bring that up to a research prof. lol

where would be the fun in that, without the struggle!!!!!! LOL. Jumping right back on the wagon is what will make you suceed. I had two lousy days this week but the rest os the week I must have been doing something right cos I've lost 4lb emoticon

I think that it's great that you didn't give up on achieving your goal even though you didn't so well on the calories. I think that one of the biggest mistakes I've made during my past weight loss attempts is giving up because of one bad day or week. It's never too late . Great job on the pound lost! Have a great weekend!

Hi Bev, I'm not really sure what to tell you because I'm struggleing with my protein intake as well. I'm not getting enough.

Way to go on recovering from your mistakes. I am as well, so I know how hard it is to get back on track. Great job on losing. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Well, let me tell ya. Fixing mistakes is tough but not impossible. I made two mistakes and ate too many calories this week without realizing it. SO...

I managed the damage control and still lost 1 lb as of today. I'm going in the right direction.

I also lowered my fat intake and increased my protein and calcium intake. Now I have to work on
increasing my B12 and Vit E which is way too low.

Vit E is important for good eye sight!

Any comments team? I love getting e-mail or comments. It's nice to know you're listening!
