Well, I did use my exercise ball!! But today I'M BACK...'back in black, i hit the sack, cuz i'm back in black'!! emoticon

If I went through all that I have & nobody else benefits from it, I'm going to be really mad so, God & I are going to have a long , serious talk!!!

I have days like that too - where I don't want to do anything that is good for me. I suffer from depression which doesn't help my eating problems and I do think the two go hand in hand for me.

What I do is try to do at least one thing which I know is good for me, even though I don't feel like it. Even a really short walk will help a bit, or listen to music that you love and maybe move around a bit to it. And if you really don't feel up to exercising today then take a day off and recharge your batteries. Tomorrow is another (and hopefully better) day,

I was the same until I found the 15 minute workouts by sparkpeople.com :) They are great and work and hell you always got 15 minutes to spare :)

We all have those down days where we don't want to exercise. Maybe take a short walk or do a exercise video. Once you get started you will feel better.

Why don't you go outside for a short 15min. walk. The fresh air will make you feel better. At least your diet is going well. Great Job!
