I should start digging as well lol. Anyway, I would count hard work as exercise, just as long as you use your body instead of sitting behind a desk all day.

Wow, that's quite a lot of calories burned!
If you make sure to cut back on your calories consumed and make sure to get those 8 glasses of water, well you'll reach your goal in no time! emoticon

Lemme share my thoughts on that - if I'm mentally counting playing boxing on the Wii as exercise then I see no problem for you counting working strenuously for work as exercise! lol
And yea - just do as Ravon suggested browse the activities to get a guesstimate of your calories burned and take the night off! You've earned it :)

I would go to the fitness site and browse through cardio activities. There was one there for a stage hand at a theater. See which ones seemed like your activities and put them in. As long as you work out a few times a week I would take the night off.

Oh my, I had a rough day. I am a pest control tech(haha..yeah I know a girl?..I get that alot)..gotta make a living ;-). Anyway today I had a big termite job to do and it consisted of trenching(dirt dug out around a foundation wall of a home)on the outside and under the home. Drilling holes in concrete slabs that were about a foot deep ;-(. I had one new guy to help me (not alot of help either..lol). I got the job done in 8 hours but now I am just dead and cant imagine getting up to do cardio or strength. Well my question is do you think I burned some up calories..enough so kinda rest tonight? I am really feeling guilty here but that a good thing ;-)
