Hello, and welcome to all necomers. I joined SP on 2/13 and am on day 5. This was the first weekend and I didn't do too well, but I guess it could have been worse. I have a lot going on, and when I am stressed out I don't eat. I did force myself to eat left overs from yesterdays dinner, but i had no breakfast and for lunch i had left overs from yesterdays lunch, so I know i didn't get anywhere near all my calories today but I did manage 6 glasses of water which is good for me. Also no exercise for me either. I had set a goal to get on atleast 1 piece of equipment a day, and i didn't do it. emoticon

Oh well, i guess i could have overeaten instead of under eaten. I will just have to remember next weekend will be better.

This is my first check-in. Found SP 2/10, been exercising since Nov. I'm 47 and have 3 girls.
No change in weight yet. Not very good about logging my food, weekends are bad. Water, I'm trying. It's great to see so many people working on this. I'm in Louisiana, we only have fall and summer and summer is on it's way.

Good evening! Thank you for the welcome's. I kinda over did it on Saturday, went out for lunch at Chili's. Had way to many calories! :( So today I ate very few calories. I kept busy by doing a project :) of a visual motivator, cutting pictures & sayings outta magazines! Pastin' them on construction paper...it was alot of fun. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend :)

Joined Feb. 15, still exploring, but glad to be here and checking in.

Hiya, my first check in! Joined SP on the 15th...very excited to change stuff about my life. Couple of days has been tricky to cut back on foods and to cut back on eating mexican foods...which I love! I think I can get on track with some help LOL. Its nice to meet U all!
