In the winter I find that a cup of vegetable broth is great. Sometimes I drink one before I eat. Plus I eat a lot of salads. I'm actually a vegetarian who hates most vegetables, but fruits and salads are awesome. I sometimes buy the precut fruit, it's something different and quite easy to eat.

Yes, make sure you plan those snacks in as well and make sure it's something you like. Fruits or veggies, maybe with a little peanut butter or a cheese stick.

What's helps me between meal is to eat a piece of fruit or some veggies. The fruit is naturally sweet and it will hold you until lunch.

One of the secrets I discovered that helps hold me over to my next planned meal/snack is eating an apple. An apple will fill me up quite well. If you want to really fill yourself up, drink a glass of water as you eat the apple.

The best part of this secret is that it is a healthy alternative to grabbing an unhealthy snack. It tastes good, is cheap, and is packed full of nutrients.

I created a meal plan/allowance for the entire day completely within my goal range and it's very helpful to be able to see exactly where I am and how much I'm consuming, but I'm very tempted to bump up lunch because I'm feeling hungry LOL.

Any tips? (Besides drinking water, I'm already at 5 glasses to maintain my "full" feeling.)
