I'm still here. Started gaining weight after a 7-day, food-filled, trip to Cabo in September, then the holidays, and it didn't help that I was off work for 14 days and didn't do a lick of exercise. However, I'm positive about the changes I have made so far.

I'm still here...after about a year off!! I was doing great, down to 169 from 219, and got pregnant! (not expected, but so exciting nonetheless). I had my baby girl in Jan 09, and never really came back. it wasn't until I saw all these pictures of myself and thought wow, I looked better 9 mo pregnant :) So I'm back again. I haven't been working out like I was prebaby--man it's hard to get to the gym and the weather hasn't been great, but one step at a time! I just know this is going to be a great year for me :)

Hey guys! I'm still here. The first 2 years I really wasn't fully committed to it, I only lost about 7lbs. In late Dec 09 I got back into it, but even more than ever! This time my heart and mind are in it and things are going great. I've lost 18lbs since then. I've completely changed my eating habits and am fully welcoming a healthy life style. Something finally clicked and this is my year! Hopefully everything is clicking for all of you as well! We can do it!!! Keep up the good work.

I'm still here also. 2009 was a very difficult year for my family with many tragedies and I did put on a little of the weight I'd lost, but the tools I've learned have continued to influence my eating and fitness.

Hi to everyone. 2009 wasn't my best, gained 13 pounds. I hope I do better in 2010, I bought an upright bike for the house & I am using it everyday.
Lynn, I am so glad you are feeling better. I would love to be 199 by June or before. I would just love to be out of the 200's, I have been here for such a long time. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THIS YEAR!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Sandy

Hi everyone, I'm still here. I'm close to my goal weight but it's still taking a long for me to get there. I did really good before I got married in September, but since then I almost completely stopped working out. I eat very healthy but with almost no exercise, it's leaving me "stuck" at the same weight. No worries, I know what I need to do...I just need to do it!

Hello everyone! Glad to see so many of us still here, and working towards being healthier. I still check in a few times a week. I am trying to get myself back to tracking food everyday and exercising more regularly. I am hoping that the start of our 2nd year, and the new year 2010 will bring much happiness and health to all of you!

I'm still here. Today is my exact anniversary with SparkPeople. I'm 25 pounds lighter than when I started, yet I still have more to go. Slow & staedy has been my motto.
Glad to see many of us are still here & active.

Haven't been as active on SP, but still being "healthy" and watching what goes in my mouth. Happy to see others still active and doing well. I am thinking about tracking and getting more active now that the weather is so terrible here in Minnesota. Lynn you are a brave one and sorry for what you have been through.

Well, after falling off the wagon in 2009 and gaining 20 of the 40 I lost I believe I have found my groove again. I have no excuses for why this happened.

Lynn congratulations on beating cancer. You are a champ.

I'm so pleased your cancer treatment worked, Kalis.

I'm partially back on Spark after most of last year spent dealing with my mother's illness and subsequent death. Right now I'm moving, so I don't have a lot of time to spare.

I started paying attention to exercise and diet 12/23 (got a Wii) and have lost 5 pounds. That's 5 pounds off the 12 I regained during my mother's illness.

Nothing will stop me this time. We can all do it! emoticon emoticon

Hi Team! Wow, 2 years later, do you wonder who else is still here? Let's leave messages to let others know how we are doing.

My update - had cancer treatment in 2009, cured and am doing well. I am back on track exercising and dieting. I am eating high fiber dinners and it's keeping me from eating after dinner. My goal is to get to 199 or less by June 30th. I am working out at the YMCA but when the weather is warmer I will be back doing 5K training on the trails.

I wish you another great year and let's keep in touch!
