I'm still here. I like several others can't imagine not checking in every day. I am running like I've never done before and I finished a 5K 15 min faster than I did a year ago and I owe it ALL to SPARK!

I am still here as well! I have stayed with Spark and really can't imagine not checking in on a daily - or at least weekly basis once my goal is reached! I am pushing through yet ANOTHER plateau but am over halfway toward meeting my goal... have about 30 pounds to lose and then I will reevaluate... but right now - it's a struggle to lose 3 pounds!? I will push through and continue on!

I am not active much on this team - but I am here everyday... leading a few teams of my own and active on a couple others as well... the support here, along with the Trackers, have made all the difference for me!

However the last few days has been a challenge. Son ended up in urgent care ball hit him in the eye,on Monday. split my tooth on Monday eating noodles ( how does that happen) Dentist Tuesday, Root canal Wednesday. Air conditioner broke on Monday. Its been 98-103 out side. Repair man on Thursday. And broke a bike pedal on Monday. Gosh, I now hate Mondays. Its just one of those weeks. I'm so looking forward to the weekend. emoticon

I'm still here, at least off and on. I did great for a while, reached an important intermediate goal, and them fell off the wagon completely. Now I just need to get motivated to get back in there! The good news is that even not working on following my spark program, I didn't gain the weight back, so I guess that *something* stuck!

No trees were harmed in the production of this message,
however a huge number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.

I'm here too. I go in streaks with logging in daily, but I've been back on the boards for a few months now. Things are going slowly, but the scale is still moving down. We bought a treadmill and that helped a lot in the cold winter months here in WI. Now that the weather is nicer I've been out walking with my daughter more. I love spring!

I'm still here; still walking and hiking 5-mile hikes. I've felt "stuck" too, and I've added Nia and some jogging but I can't seem to get below 181 - YET.

I've felt this same way somewhere along the way with each 10 lb loss, so I know I'll eventually see a smaller # on the scale one of these days. I just have to stick with it!

59 lbs gone - 41 lbs to go.

I'm still sparking! I'm getting to a point where my clothes are fitting better but that stupid scale won't move. Perhaps it's broken! emoticon
I'm trying to change up my fitness routine because I'm looking to join a gym that offers a lot of fitness classes - which I need to kick my butt into gear.
I've signed up for a 5K for the end of May. We'll see if I survive to make it to the June check-in! emoticon

still here and working hard...was in a competition at work...lost the most weight and won 132 bucks!...great motivation!
now, doing the extra strength training to get rid of the flab.

Still here. I have more time to ride the bike. Doing between 10-15 miles daily. However I will be on Vacation with the family for a week on the road. Will try to keep up the H2O and walk for 30 minutes daily at a good pace:). I also will check out the hotels workout room.

Hello All! I am still here. I have been tracking my food regularly, but my exercise has fallen off quite a bit. My confusion is that the scale finally started moving in the good direction for me. I had about 3-4 months of going between 182 -185. It was very frustrating. Then, "life things" were going on and I was really bad with my eating and terrible with exercising the last 3-4 weeks. But, to my surprise, when I weighed in last monday I had finally got into the 170's. I was shocked to say the least. But, I am going to use this as motivation because now that the scale is moving again, I want to keep it that way.

Still Sparking...I am trying to not track as few days a week to see how I do. It works some days and other days I get crazy and get the munchies. I hope I don't have to track my every mouthful the rest of my days.
It is still winter in MN so am looking forward to some nice weather and the great outdoors.

Present! I'm still here...I've had a tough month, I'm under a lot of stress and I'm slowly gaining back some weight. I've gained 3 lbs in the last month and I'm trying to figure out how to get my stress level down.

PRESENT!!!!

I'm still yo-yoing between 135-131 lol.. at least I'm back on track with the gym.. and I'm going on vacation in about 5 weeks.. so that's additional motivation to push myself to exercise more and drop a pound a week! I really have to watch what I eat because that's my biggest downfall sigh.....

I'm going to vegas with a couple of girlfriends and I REALLY WANT TO WEAR A BIKINI!!!! I tried a couple on today at the mall and mmm.. not there yet.. although there were a couple that didn't look too bad..but i'm still not confident enough to wear it by a pool side...... so gotta WORK HARD!!! cardio cardio cardio!!! I know that's one of the biggest ways to lose the fat right???? :D

Hi Team. A new month, and spring has arrived. I hope you are enjoying good weather where you are. We have a lot of snow and temp is in the 40`s.

I am going to water aerobics 2 times a week, walking my dog most days while doing interval training walking and jogging. It was my way of kicking it up a notch.

With food the little bits of goodies are gone. As I ran out of blue cheese, dried cranberries, walnuts, etc. I didn`t replace them. I am shopping at a store that has a better produce section and cooking stir fry dinners.

I have lost around 4-6 pounds this year and my husband has lost 7.

I am glad to see you when we get together on the monthly thread and update each other on how we are doing.
