Don't get discouraged with your plateau. Try increasing your protein and fruits/veggies for a week. Also, increase your water. If you are really exercising all the time try to decrease that for a week. Just some ideas that work for me but don't give up.

I have been monitoring sodium intake for about a month and I am staying under on that... I found out that I am putting out too many calories in exercise for what I was eating...I think I have it fixed. We will see on Friday

If you have tried everything else trying limiting your salt. It could be water retention.

I'm with you on that. I've been on a plateau for a while now... I figure though, that if I just give myself a little break from weight loss and just maintain for a while, it'll start coming off again.

After several great weeks, I have hit a huge plateau...can't seem to break through it. My trainer says that I need to eat enough calories...which I am doing...just depressing though.
