I"ve never had a fiber one bar..but i eat the all-bran bars.... although id on't think they're THAT healthy for you lol

Fiber One bar.

Initial Goals:
1. Get back into my previous weight loss jeans.

2. Meet my fiber requirements 5 days a week.

Now that I am finally exercising for the first time in 23 years I have decided to set these weekly exercise goals.

1. Walk or go to the gym 3 - 4 days a week.
2. Strength training 2 - 3 times a week

I make sugar free pudding (75 calories) or jell-o (10 calories) and put it in half cup containers. If you wanted to you could put 2T. of sugar free cool whip (20 calories) on top.

I bought one of those big boxes of 100 calories granola bars from Sam's and I keep it in a drawer at work. It also helps with my sweet tooth as they are chocolate.

We needed some new outlets for posting on this site...I thought that if we could come up with a list of low calorie snacks it might be helpful to others. I have breakfast at 5:30 in the morning...I need a mid-morning snack...Iam looking for some new ideas.
