I do all kinds of workout videos. My favorites though are the biggest loser ones. I also enjoy the wii personal fitness coach! Fun FUN!

If I had my own pool, it would be swimming. I like walking outdoors best. For strength, it's easier following a video.

I was doing great with neighborhood walking. Then my doctor said to cut back because of my bad knees. The fact that you are walking on cement is no good, no give. So I went to a treadmill. Well, now I do 30 minutes of water treading. Which according to SP expends over 500 calories. Hopefully I will increase my time and do actual swimming. It's a workout.

I walk between 4 and 5 miles 7 days a week. Most of the time a 15 minute mile.
I don't like strength training although, have been trying to do boot camp. I did the one last spring and got into it.
