I did an hour workout after the Bootcamp videos. I didn't feel like working out, but pushed through.

I have done some sort of exercise everyday since the New You Bootcamp Challenge started on the 4th of January. I absolutely love the challenges everyday. The SP workouts are really good and make me do things I wouldn't normally do. I have lost over 6 inches and 2.6 pounds since the challenge started.

I have exercised everyday for the last week. I have really increased the intensity of my workout staying in my heart rate goal range. Next week I will increase the time a little bit. I find it tiring but it will get easier. I know it is what I have to do to get the scale moving again.

Way to go!!! It is so great to know that you have kept a good thing going, especially when it comes to exercise.

I know this past the day you posted.... but I went to the 2nd bday party for the twins that I watch. Was pretty much a good time till hubby got to having a few too many brews with the twins dad.

Now all I can hope for I a nice calm Sunday. I will try to begin with a trip to the gym, then be home to just sit around and watch some football.

How about sharing what you are doing today. Are you exercising, eating well, having fun, hitting a milestone, have diet successes and challenges? Please let us know.

I am doing and exercise streak and want to do it daily till at least Valentines. Today is a warm winter day and I want to be out walking. Have a great day!
