Losing 25 pounds in the next ten weeks. We are doing a challenge at work and I would love to move toward that 25 pound mark....

How is everyone doing? After I started exercising daily a week or so later my appetite dropped off so I am eating fewer calories. Jan. 1 I was 214 and today I am 208. I want to be under 200 by Valentines.

I am in Bootcamp for now, so my short term goal is to be under 100 kilos- 220 by the end of the week. I would love to be at 98 kilos by the end of the month.

My goal for the year is to be down to 185 by the end of the year.

My long term goal is to be 180 or less and I would like that before I turn 30 in May 2010. Before then, I plan to be down to under 300 by Valentine's day, comfortably into a size 24 by March 20th, and under 225 before December 15. After I meet the smaller goals, I will set other ones. We just baught a treadmill so that will help me to get the cardio in that I havent been able to do since it has gotten windy and cold and dark by the time that I get home.

My long term goal is to lose 40 pounds and be able to run a 5k.

My short term goals are
-lose 5 pounds by end of January
-increase running time on treadmill
-walk 1/2 marathon on Feb.8/09

Most of all to continue to get healthy

My long term goal (140 -130) is something that right now I am not sure I want to concentrate on. I am finding it more satisfying for me to go smaller (5 - 10 lbs a mth). I am more motivated to keep going when I reach smaller goals more often.
I am having a really rough time with my hubby right now. He is supportive of my weight loss and what I am trying to do for myself, but continues with very destructive behavior himself. Right now I am really having a tough time concentrating on me when he is so destructive so often. When he is out of control, I just get so frustrated I want to go empty every bag of chips, nuts, etc.... Please hope for me that I can continue with the strength I had when I was concentrating on me and not worrying about everyone else.

My goal is stay active on SP with hoping to lose more weight about 10-15 pounds. I really need to refocus on the importance of portion and nutritional needs, holidays didn't help my routine. I am exercising consistently and just need to work on the eating. I also want to be a better person, mother, wife!

I have my goals for 2009 all planned out too. I want to reach my goal weight this year, pay off at least half my credit card, and get a good chunk of cash in my emergency fund account. My goal is to be 139 by my birthday (Feb 8)...and once I reach that, I'm dropping another 5 lb until I get to a weight that I'm comfortable with (for my height, I can drop to 120 but I think I would look bony, I'm thinking 130 or 135). I'm hoping to accomplish my goal by June 4th (mine and my fianc's 9 year anniversary)...

What are your long term goals and when do you expect to accomplish them? What are your short term goals?

I want to be under 200 by Valentines and under 186 (over weight not obese) by May 12 Biggest Loser Finale. Even if I didn't lose more than that this year I would be happy if I maintained it... however I would like to get to 130 by New Years Eve.
