Hang in there you will succeed if you don't quit! All it takes to reach a goal is to get up and try one more time than you stumbled. So like they say in "The Water Boy"...."You CAN Do it!"

Just take small steps to get back in the "groove' of things. Like remembering to drink you water daily and then add eating 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies. Before long you will be back in the swing of things.

Being sick is a bummer but there are things to do around the house for a little bit of exercise. When making dinner I put on some music and just dance around my kitchen a little. Any type of housework is also good for burning calories. As long as you keep your goals in the front of your mind, you will be able to get back on track in no time.

It is the small steps that help us reach our goals. 10 minutes of walking around the block or up and down our driveways. Just doing the small things over and over and little by little we make progress. You can do this thing, you can, you can. Listen to your body and be gentle with it.

Don't worry about tracking what you're eating - just think about eating to get well. If you want some motivation, I find that reading articles and taking polls to earn points (and buy yourself some SparkGoodies) is a good way to make your brain be on track even when your body isn't! A side-effect of this is that the "message" starts to sink in and you eventually will start to feel better and will want to earn more points from tracking your exercise and food choices.

I have lost track even more than normal. I've been depressed and sick, and since I'm sick, I'm not allowed in the gym. I try to keep track of what I am eating, but I just get depressed and give up. I want to get back on track, but I don't even know how.
