I realized this morning that it is about 3 months until a whole year has passed. I have lost over 10 pounds so far -- not my original goal, but I am so proud of it!

I am still here, just not doing so good. Been trying to fight a blood clot in my left leg. Sore and painful. Trying to loose some weight,but it's hard.

Well, I'm still here. I haven't met my goal, and I've been on vacation for the past week. But seeing how far ya'll have come is inspiring me to make this a priority in my life.

WTG Kini!!

Initial Goals:
1. Get back into my previous weight loss jeans.

2. Meet my fiber requirements 5 days a week.

Now that I am finally exercising for the first time in 23 years I have decided to set these weekly exercise goals.

1. Walk or go to the gym 3 - 4 days a week.
2. Strength training 2 - 3 times a week

I'm still plugging along. I'd hit a plateau (ping ponged a bit with the same 2 lbs) and am once again seeing the scale move toward my goal. I've lost 50 lbs so far, with 30-50 lbs more before I reach my ideal weight.

Way to go everyone!! I'm glad to see so many of us still here and still losing. The first part of Aug I was down 43 lbs. I took some time off from counting everything I ate. Well I put on 3 or 4 lbs in that time. I have since lost that weight and an additional pound. For a total of 44 lbs. I'm back on track and want to lose another 60 lbs. I have to reach my first 50 lbs. first though. I can't remember the last time I was below 200 lbs. Everyone I work with is so super supportive. It's been wonderful.

I joined to track levels of a certain nutrient. The Spark web site has been very helpful. I have met my main goal to change the nutrition side without gaining weight.

To the site developer - Is there a faster way to delete, maybe to delete more than one item in the daily nutrition page at a time? I sometimes add a grouping and then find that I am not getting the right nutrients and so must delete each item separately since I then choose to eat something else.

I am still here... I don't check into the boards very often, but I have lost a total of 40lbs and get great compliments all the time, which is really encouraging! I don't worry about "falling off the wagon." I am pretty determined to make this a lifestyle change, so there are going to be occasions where I drink, and eat pumpkin pie (it is Canadian thanksgiving today!) so I may need to walk a little more and make sure tomorrow is a good day! Overall I am thrilled with my progress and trying hard to stay motivated!
