I'm still here. I dropped off the log in map for a few months due to school obligations but am back on. I've lost about 10-12 pounds which has made all the difference. Keeping track of the food has kept me on track.

I'm still here! The first two or three weeks of this month, I had to let some things go. Life got way too stressful and busy. I didn't track my food or exercise. I still ate well and worked out, just didn't track it. I rarely posted. But, I am getting a handle on things, now, and things are still going great. I have lost a total of 65 pounds and I went from a size 22-24 pants to a very comfy size 14! I still have a ways to go, but I am totally confident that I will make it all the way! I am down to losing only a pound a week, now, but I'm trying to figure out a way to break through that. I want to get back to those two pound losses! I can't wait to go back home for New Year's, as most of the family hasn't seen me since I was home for the 4th of July! I want to shock their socks off! Another maybe 10 pounds and I will be back at my college weight - that was 15 years ago! I have an old pair of shorts I used to wear back then. I kept them because I liked them so much, never really thinking I'd get back into them. Well, I can pull them up and button them, another month and I might just be able to zip them, too! LOL! Thank the stars I found SP - it has changed my world!

I'm still active. I got more serious about in at the end of May and I've been working at it since. Unfortunately, I haven't lost much. I waver around 121. i'm trying to put in more gym time and doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred too.

Hi everyone, I'm still here, went in for surgery so couldn't use the computer for awhile. I'll be back full time in about a month. emoticon

Stay on track and don't give up. When you are hungry, remember why you are doing this. WRITE ALL MEALS DOWN EVERY MEAL, EVERY DAY!!

I am still here as well. The weight loss has been slow recently, I think it is due to building muscle. I feel wonderful and am grateful everyday for having sparkpeople as a tool to keep me on track.

I think a lot of people are missing from this team from lack of activity on the board. I joined another group but still check with you all at least once a week to see how everyone is doing.

Great job on the weight loss - we are past the eight month mark, it will be great when we can check in and compare at a year in!!!! emoticon

Hi All, I am still active. Just that I havent been logging in as regularly as I were super busy at work. I hope to get back to my normal tracking real soon . Have also engaged a personal trainer. Hope that the monitoring will do me good. Cos my self discipline is always lacking. :p

2011 is the year! I enjoy being trim, fit, healthy and bursting with energy! :)

Vacation, being away from home, all those kinds of things do make it challenging to get back into a successful routine. I think we are fortunate to have started when we did, so we had learned the ropes and knew what we had to aim for to get back on track.

I'm still around! It's taking me WAY too long to lose the weight, usually not even half a pound a week anymore, but I do notice the changes in myself. I like to exercise, I dont get tired or grumpy as easy, I really do eat at least five thousand times better than I used to. There's no good reason for my weight loss to be so slow, and I'm REALLY frustrated. Have been for the last several months, but still sticking with it. Just reminding myself that down is down... even if it's only a pound or two a month and I know I've worked so hard...

If there were no rain, there could be no rainbows!

I'd like to be thin... but I like food better!

Hi Everyone,

I am still active. I go through and log my Nutrition, Fitness, and my other goals but I am not very active in posting in my teams like I was.

My weight has not moved a great deal but I to am thankful for the 20 Lbs I have lost and the pant size due to the inches that were lost.

I exercise 5 and 6 days a week, kickboxing on 2 days, circuit 1 day, and the stabilizer ball on 1 day. I do cardio every day, more on my off days and less on the core days.

It is great to see that everyone is doing so well and sticking with it. It is a life style change and that is great.

Yes, I'm still active here. I'm just doing my maintenance and keeping my weight down at my chosen goal weight. Everyone seems to be doing great here.

I am still active with SP, I still record everything and although I seem to be on a plateau I am happy for where I am and will continue to do better, I haven't been exactly eating all the right stuff but I know that I can do this and keep it off forever by following the simple things I have learned on my journey!

Clairsean you have done very well, you are so close to your goal weight. Congratulations!

To be great you are doing so well also, well past the half way mark. Congratulations!

Even though I have been exercising for a year, at times it is still a struggle to keep going. I was spending too much time on SP, as it is slow to record food, but now I will cut a few corners by finding something that is similiar in calorie content to speed things up.

Let's keep going. We can do it!,

I'm still plugging along and have been at this same weight for some time now. I have been on and off with tracking but trying to stay within my calories. Still exercise everyday.
Usually log in everyday but not as active with any teams or message boards.
