my step mom is always pushing sun light. She swears by exposing your belly to sunlight on a regular basis (but still wearing sun screen!!). She had 3 kids (no c-sections) and has perfect flat abs in her mid fifties...

If there were no rain, there could be no rainbows!

I'd like to be thin... but I like food better!

As far as those "lovely" baby leftovers? Well, it depends. You can do ab work and also work to strengthen your core. If you had a c-section though (2 out of my 3 were), you may always have a little "pooch."

Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to say that since I joined SP and this group, I've lost 10 lbs!!! I am very excited!! 10 more than I'm at my goal weight. I do have a question though. I have a 1 yr old and even though I don't have stretch marks on my stomach I still have some extra skin and fat. Any ways I can get rid of it and tighten up my stomach????
