I LOVE Subway! I have started eating a half of a 6 inch sub with a half of can of soup (reduced sodium italian wedding- really tasty!) for lunch twice a week. All my life I have eaten the whole 6 inch sub but tried eating half one day and was just as full. My hubby thinks I am weird. He is probably right about that, but it saves calories, fills me up, and feeds me lunch 2 days in a row.

I couldnt find the add it up part on their website, but it did say what breads and veggies it includes. Italian or whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, pickle, olives... and I think onions. So now we know! for the 6g of fat or less subs anyway.

I think everything is separate. They list the breads, veggies, etc....

Hey all, I had a Subway sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich for lunch... YUMMY...

Here's the question. Do the nutrition facts include all of the veggies? none of the veggies? are all the different types of bread really the same calories?

It just seems like there ore so many different options for how you have them put a sandwich together, I'm curious how accurate the numbers are...

any ideas?
