Took a good hard look at the calender today and made a goal of 8 Lbs for April as well as daily cardio. 20-30 lbs off by Aug 1.

Sleep has been an issue with me this week as Hubby has been working really strange hours and trying to get him up and off to work has taken it's toll on my sleep. But next week he should be back to "normal" hours and that will help.

Exercise is going great! I thought about not exercising yesterday and then I thought about the goals for April and I just could not get on here and say that I had blown it in the 1st week. So I got mu butt in gear and got them done!! Yesterday evening I walked with a friend for 90 minutes and it felt really good evn though we were wearing winter caots because it was real windy. The temps were in the upper 40's but the wind was terrible.

With the weather improving I should be able to get out more and walk. I so enjoy being outdoors!

I'm with you on the sleep thing! I really need to work at it to get more.

I have lost the 3 pounds I gained back at the end of last month, so I feel like I am back at square 1, friends. The April "refocus" is working!

Report back here and let everyone know how you are doing. By supporting eachother, we'll get those tickers moving in the right direction again!

GREAT post! I rethought my goals on March 31st and put them in my signature line. If I SEE them all the time, I strive to reach them. They're writeen down and posted in a few places in my house, too.

Follow through on healthy foods, do exercise DVD's,
avoid night time eating, drink water 64 oz a day.

My goal by the end of April is to lose another 6 pounds and be at 150!! I am hoping with exercise and watching what I'm eating I'll be able to do it. I am also not going to allow myself to make excuses to not go to the gym!

My goal is to reach my mini goal of 140lbs!!! It's not that far away..but it's TAKING ME FOREVER.........

2) work out 3x a week
3) drink more water
4) do more outdoor activities (as the weather allows)
5) don't let studying get in the way of eating healthy foods!

To lose 8 pounds.
To dance 18 min. a day while watching TV.
Weigh all my food. emoticon emoticon

Stay on track and don't give up. When you are hungry, remember why you are doing this. WRITE ALL MEALS DOWN EVERY MEAL, EVERY DAY!!

My goals are to do cardio Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Strength training Tuesday and Thursdays.
Try everyday to get to my calories, fat,carbs and protein ranges.

4. Get out and walk more
5. Buy a new pair of Jeans that fit and I don't have to wear a belt to hold them up. emoticon

I would like to stay motivated to exercise when I go back home. I hope to be able to keep it up, there are some drawbacks as far as getting to exercise facilities so will have to come up with more at home exercises and I would like to do that more outside when the weather permits. I go to Curves 5 days a week here, but at home I will have to drive a half hour to go, so I know I won't go that often. Plan on doing a lot more walking.

What are your goals for April?

I would like to lose 10lb
Do one hour of swimming 4 days a week
Dont wait till the fridge is empty to buy groceries
Do something active on at least 2 days off work.
