I am with you. Every little bit helps, maintain one lb. add another and so on and so on. Keep it going, the stage is there to help but you still need to do it yourself.

I am with Reach.... So many times I have succeeded in losing the weight. This time I want it to stay off FOR GOOD!!! I just moved to stage 3 a few days ago and have not navigated it much yet, but I will.

I have not moved to this stage yet but from all I am reading i will not be as afraid to go on as I was in Stage 2. Thanks!!

In stage 3 maintaining the weight we lose. It is important to learn how to keep any amount of weight off. I lost 6 pounds in fast break and then I gained in back. I feel in Stage 3 I am learning to stay motivated, I want to learn to keep even 3 pds. off. Then 6pds. off. etc. I am so glad I moved on to this stage. Any one else feel the same? emoticon
