Glad you posted this link, I get the Men's Health on e-mail and has really helped. The book "Eat This, Not That" along with other web sites are good to have! I used to get the Ruby Tuesday bella Turkey burger and it really tastes good, even without the mayo. Always knew it tasted too good for a reason! I opt for their salad bar and steak and brocolli, usually taking home half of the entrée. Other than the pot pies, I don't have the other restaurants available near me. Thank goodness!

Good Job on looking up the calories on what they were eating, you talked your self right out of it even smelling good. I also have the Calorie King pocket size book, it comes in handy.

Stay on track and don't give up. When you are hungry, remember why you are doing this. WRITE ALL MEALS DOWN EVERY MEAL, EVERY DAY!!

In addition to the food tracker on SP, I also reference calorieking.com. My coworkers lunch that smells so good right now? Arby's

Reuben@606 cals + Med Curly Fries@408 cals + 16 oz. root beer@205 cals = 1,219 calories.

I guess it doesn't smell THAT good, huh?!

FYI, there is a website

www.dietfacts.com

which is what I used to look up and preplan from Chili's menu. This website has most/many common, popular restraunts' menus and their nutrition facts on each item.

Wow, what great info, saved it. It is a coincidence b/c yesterday I was researching the Chili's menu to plan my meal before our anniversary dinner. I was so SHOCKED at the amount of calories in just the appetizers! The awesome blossom is 2700+ calories, unbelievable. Even splitting it in fourths is 600+ calories per person. We used to split that all the time!

What truly saddens me is the burritos. I am such a sucker for Mexican food. Fortunately, the good Mexican food here is 45 minutes away so limits are geographically built in.... =o)
