Ummm, hello! Rome is my dream trip! I actually am trying to plan to go there for my 40th birthday. That gives me a little over 6 years to save up. Have fun!!!

I agree with everyone else! Healthy weight loss is the key. Otherwise, it's all just gonna come right back on while you are eating the delicious food over there! Step up the cardio and make sure you're getting in your strength training. That muscle eats away the calories even while you sleep! Yay for muscle!

You want to make sure it's healthy weight loss... so make sure to eat lots of veggies and get your protein. I would also amp up the cardio! Good luck!

1 Month until I leave on my FREE TRIP. I need to get really serious now about the exercise and the eating. I hasve been behaving badly in both areas and am back on track now. Any tips on excelletating the weight loss and conditioning?
