Lulu, I hope you figure this out quickly for your peace of mind. You'll get through it. Keep living a healthy lifestyle while you process this.

I agree w/ Sagentus, track your intake and see if anyone else has suggestions. A dr. visit may be a good idea. Have you added any new medications to your day that could cause gain or any hormonal changes?

Hang in there Lulu!

Just a couple of thoughts - have you thought about making your fitness and nutrition trackers public? Maybe another set of eyes can give you some insight.

Also, have you have a physical lately? You want to have your doctor rule out anything medical, especially if you are following your plan, logging all your food and making healthy choices, yet are still gaining.

I JUST WANT TO SAY THANKS TO ALL OF YOU THAT HELPED ME THROUGH MY SLUMP. I KEEP GAINING BUT MY CLOTHES ARE STILL LOOSE. I'VE NOW GAINED A TOTAL OF TEN POUNDS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON BUT IT'S A NEW DAY AND ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN. ONCE AGAIN THANKS AND I HOPE I FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON. emoticon
