don't worry so much, it's a natural process of losing weight :)

since i've started i always lost about 2-3 and gain 1..then lose 2-3 then gain 1... it's getting kind of silly really :( but its just the way my body works hahaha at least i see SOME results so that i know my body isn't plateauing and sometimes it take about a week or two...even threee! for me to lose that one pound then the 2-3 again emoticon

It will come off, don't worry. They say one step forward, two steps back, then three steps forward, one step back.. it is just the way of the body, I guess. We all go through it, just have to push past the disappointment and keep on . . . forward march.

Hang in there, weight changes daily. Also when you are sick sometimes you don't drink as much. Get back on track and it will come off.

Keep your chin high and don't give up. You've done well so far and though a gain is disappointing, you have to assure yourself that being sick is a valid reason. Next week will be better. I do agree w/ thisbetheverse, weighing in the morning is probably best. emoticon

You weighed tonight? Do you usually weigh at night? I always weigh in the morning, so that I don't have anything in my stomach to add numbers on the scale. I always weigh about 3 pounds heavier at night, because my stomach is full.

Even if you have gained, it's okay! I was soo excited that I met my first "mile-marker" of 166 two weeks earlier than planned, and then I gained a pound and a half back and couldn't lose it for two weeks! FINALLY, I started losing again at the end of last week, and I'm losing pretty steadily again. I was really frustrated to gain that pound back, but I stuck with it and the weight came back off. Like others have said--being sick is no fun, and it messes you up. Don't let that one pound get you down--just take care of yourself and get better soon!

Don't worry you need to get better.. once you're in better health that lb will disappear!

I gained 1 pound tonight at my weigh in. I'm sooo bummed. I've been sick and haven't been exercising, but I've been sticking to my eating plan - so upset - just kinda venting.

I could use some spark mails and comments on my sparkpage to raise my mood and motivation.
