emoticon Karen! Congrats on your weight loss so far and for being consistent! Morning workouts are best, as they get your metabolism up and running for the rest of the day - that was one of my goals for 2008 - to get up earlier at least 3 days a week to work-out. This is a TOUGH one for me, as I am NOT a morning person!

Hieveryone,just checking in. Everything is good so far.I weigh every day.Trying not to.Did miss 2 days so far.Friday is my weekly weigh day.I get up up 30 min earlier to try and get my exercise out of the way for the day.I actually started my diet dec 26 and have lost 15 lbs.Haven't lost any since starting SP on the 24th of this month.But,I'm not giving up.Hope everyone has a great day.
