I did pretty good. Didn't work out as much as I had planned, but walked with my family around the neighborhood.

Today, not as good as I would have liked but I hope I made a dent with my workout

My weekend was ok. I was out all day Saturday, so I didn't eat too much- until dinner, and that was at an italian buffet (I did my best to behave). But Sunday went great. Met all my goals for that day.

My weekend was okay. Saturday was better than Sunday. I tend to either eat very little, or completely overeat on weekends. This was one of the ones where I had to make myself eat. I was extremely sedentary on Saturday, but Sunday I went over to my uncle's house, helped build a shed (okay, I did that for like five minutes), and played with my little cousin and their dog. As a side note--has anyone ever had/been around a Great Pyrenees? That's what their dog is, and I hadn't seen it since it was a puppy--I swear it was like having a polar bear run at me full speed. The good (but kind of scary) news? Once I reach my goal weight, that dog will weigh more than me.

Not too bad of a weekend for me. My son had a hockey tournament this weekend and I didn't eat ANY arena food. I was pretty proud of myself!!

My weekend was pretty easy to stick to things, since I had to work this weekend. I'm off every other weekend, so next weekend will be the true test for me!

My weekend was good. I stayed in my calorie range and drank all my water on both days. I exercised Saturday, but was busy with family on Sunday, so I didn't get my exercise in.

I did pretty good. I weighed 199.6 pounds on Friday. I peeked at the scales today and I weigh 197 pounds. I've lost almost 3 pounds this weekend. I don't think it was really because I ate healthy. I had pizza on Saturday and Birthday cake on Sunday. I did watch my portions and tried to make better choices.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and was successful.

How did everyone do this weekend? I am totally in shock that I did so well!!! I think it helped that I went grocery shopping and bought good food instead of junk like usual! I hope I can keep it up! I cam excited to share the journey with all of you!
