I walked my dog this morning for 15 minutes before going to work, and took a "walking break" this afternoon to buy bottled water-30 minutes round trip. It is a gorgeous fall day here in northwestern Illinois.

I took 43,287 steps yesterday = 16.90 miles just walking around the house and the yard!!! That is my record ever! emoticon

I am recording 2,699 steps today = 1.10 mile according to my Wii Fit Meter, so far, and the day is not over... emoticon
