I haven't been on spark in a while, true, but I think this team has a lot of potential. It would be great if we could revive it. I can think of a lot of issues that revolve being in our 30s -- or on either side of our 30s -- that make fitness, health, and just general well-being during this time worth discussing. Just a few topics that come to mind...

* How do we balance raising a family / being in a partnership with taking care of ourselves?

* What issues (arthritis, other aging issues) are you on alert about?

* Fitness and pregnancy in our 30s?

* Fitness with kids and significant other? How to have fitness-friendly family vacations?

* How to make sure you can work out at work?

I know there are so many, many others I'm missing... but I feel like our 30s is kind of a pivotal age. I am sure you can argue that about every decade of life, but it really does feel it. I feel like, as a woman anyway, I think and worry about different things health-wise in my 30s than I did in my 20s... and as I expect I will in my 40s. Personally, my 30s is ALL ABOUT me getting my health on track -- Finally. Maybe it's just selfish of me to think that our 30s is an important decade then??
