OK ladies, we can't let the Ab Burners win again!!! Only a couple more days! I got in legs and abs yesterday with a Group Strength class!!

EPPRUITT hang in there!! It will take a bit...try and maybe take a walk at lunch (that will take care of your legs, right?) Not sure if that's an option for you. Good Luck!!

I feel like I've fallen off the wagon this week since I started my new job. I haven't exercised at all and I haven't been to the grocery store in about two weeks, so my nutrition is all out of wack too. I'm still juggling my new schedule and home commitments so exercise has taken a temporary back seat. I'll try to do some ab and leg exercised in the evening though.

I took an Ab/Cardio class yesterday that included some kickboxing!!! Wow what a butt kicker!! Off to a good start. Plus 4 servings of veggies :)

Looks like I won't even top 400 points this week. For some reason sleep has eluded me; even worse is that I don't get my afternoon naps anymore. I'll probably do nothing but sleep this next week.

Well I have been sick the last 2 days so my sleep has been awesome.. Sunday night I slept 13 hours.. Friday and Saturday we were in bed pretty early too.

We close on our house this weekend so we will be working a lot on the house waking up early and working late. I am excited but I am still pretty drained

Well last night I blew my sleeping bonus. I could not fall asleep for anything and I had to wake up early to get ready for my first day of my new job. I'm walking between 2 and 3 miles per day, so at least I get that little bit of points.

God, another beautiful day in Minnesota! I already walked 2 miles on the treadmill this morning and would have to take advantage of the weather again and walk some more. Maybe down by the Mississippi River this time.

I don't remember the last time I got more than 8 hours of straight sleep. It's amazing what you can do on so little sleep when pushed to it.

I got TEN hours of sleep last night and I walked 2.14 miles on the treadmill today. I might go walk some more. It's a beautiful day here in Minnesota

I got another 8 hrs of sleep.. You all amaze me on how you can run on soo little sleep.. I couldnt even do it in college. It would be like 1 am and I was outta the bars and in bed.. Never made afties..

I walked 2 miles at lunch at 4.0mph and 2.5 after work at 4.5mph
going back today for my usual 2 at lunch

Hey ladies!! So far so good...definitely getting plenty of sleep. I got a run in this week, but I have to take breaks to give my legs a rest, so I'm taking classes to make up for that time. I think we need a generic workout goal :) Everyone have a great weekend!!!

Sorry everyone this week is really difficult for me! it's coming up midterms and with my schedule i am just getting beat which unfortunately leaves a lot less time for sleep/exercise but i am trying to fit in as much as possible! i think i got 7 hours last night which was more then i expected!

Are we feeling motivated this week? The Navy does not believe in sleep, but I should make up my sleep points with mileage. I wear a pedometer during work hours and today I walked 10,8818 steps (5.1 miles) and have yet to work out.

If the weather keeps being nice I'll get some walking in this week. I wear a pedometer to "race" against my mom each day, so at least I can keep track of how far I'm going around the block. Sleep is hit or miss for me. Usually my baby sleeps through the night, but lately I've been having trouble falling asleep and therefore only getting about 6 hours each night.

These workout challenges aren't as easy for me, however running/walking should rack up some points since I'm training for a half marathon....however this would be better in a couple of months when I really get into training.

SLEEP!!! This will be the easiest point getter EVER!!! I get atleast 7.5 hours of sleep every night...no one wants to be around me if I don't emoticon .

I did arm and ab work every day this week except for today. I always take Tuesdays off from exercise since we have Mommy and Me in the morning and the day disappears before I realize it. Good luck everyone in week 3!

I agree.. Glad we are not giving up sweets this week.. The girls just brought girl scouts to our house too.

Valentine's day way nice.. We went to a new upscale pizzeria if there is such a thing.. Then we went out for a couple drinks and were in bed by 10:30. We had girls night/boys night Friday so we were both wiped...

I dont know how I did on water this weekend, but I got workouts in both days, No arms or abs Saturday but did Arms Sunday. and did both Friday.

I had such a great workout week last week and I am up .8.. Frustrated, but not giving up!

Hey Ladies!! Weekends are always a little slack for me....gotta start sticking to eating at home and making dinners. It really helps me to keep my calories in check!! Got some swimming in on Sunday!! Woo hoo!! NickysGrl, I feel ya on the clothes not fitting...I used to be able to wear long johns under my jeans (it's usually cold in my office) and now I can barely button them normally.

Really glad we don't have to skip desserts again this week. They were selling Girl Scout cookies after mass today and I had to get a box. I wanted two boxes, but they were out of Thin Mints. Last year, when I was pregnant, I couldn't track down a Girl Scout to save my life. When I saw the table today, I had to indulge this year-long craving.

Hey nickys_girl don't worry about it! its still post holidays and I'm sure if you keep working you'll be back in those clothes in no time! I'm in the same boat so I'm feeling ready to kick it up a notch. This week is my week to start insanity and I really need to keep my motivation! I have a class that tests my fitness improvements every 3 weeks ... and if i don't improve then my grade won't be too good emoticon .

Happy Sunday everyone!!

Today I tried on summer clothes because my parents are taking some early to Savannah. I came to the realization that I was a SMALLER size last summer. I couldn't even button my capris and when I did, I had a huge muffin top. Eeeek! I'm totally ready to kick it into high gear this week!

My weekend will be pretty chill. Tonight, I'm going to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family and we're celebrating the birthdays of my sister, her boyfriend, my dad, and my oldest nephew. My younger nephew, stepmom, and I will be the only ones left out. BUT we get a free meal out of it. Hehe.

I feel like I should get the points for arm exercises just by lifting my son everyday. Carrying him around by himself if 18 pounds, but add in the carrier and the diaper bag and my arms are getting ripped!

Yeah- Turbo is AWESOME!!! This week is SO much better already. I always drink at least 64 oz, if not more... and challenging myself to do abs and arms is more up my alley of what I need than depriving myself of the sweets I purposely allow myself to have (so I don't over indulge!).
